It's very comfortable, close to the city center and just a short walk from the station. The room is also spacious, with a sofa bed.

Stay Experience Sorry, I'm not impressed with this hotel. When checking in, the FO staff informed us that breakfast would be delivered to our room tomorrow at 7-10 am. We chose 7:00 am because we had to rush to the hospital. We entered the room without a bellboy to help with our luggage. The large 180x200 mattress was very HARD and I woke up with a backache, the 2 pillows were already worn out and thin, the sheets and duvet had lots of stains. I just went to sleep because I was so tired from the trip. The next morning at 7 am, breakfast was still not delivered. I called and said it was being prepared, but it was only delivered to my room at 7:30 am. I asked the staff who delivered it nicely, "Why are you late, sir? We ordered it at 7:00 am in a hurry because we had to go to the hospital." The staff didn't answer at all, just walked away. There was no apology from him or the front desk staff when we checked out. The food was 7/10, but the hospitality was 3/10. Perhaps management could conduct excellent service training to improve staff performance. For now, I'm just sorry to stay here once. Hopefully, they can improve in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, check-in was quick... There's not much traffic in front of the hotel. The hotel is located next to Bandung Station, a 300-meter walk.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel, the service is good, the breakfast is delicious.

The staff is very friendly, according to the application we checked in at 14:00, we arrived at 13:00 and were allowed to check in by the receptionist staff, we can also order food and it will be delivered directly to our room, besides the price is quite affordable, the taste is also delicious and everything is cooked fresh, for breakfast is also very complete, the food menu is varied, the bathroom is clean, fragrant, the bedroom is clean and fragrant.

It was comfortable, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the atmosphere was completely different from the other hotels I usually stay at in Bandung. It was simply amazing.

Guntur Hotel... Yes... It's always my choice when I go to Bandung... I never get bored of staying here... The atmosphere is so homey... Makes me feel at home... My children are always comfortable here.

The hotel staff is friendly and I'm a regular at this hotel. I stay here every time I visit Bandung. I love the large rooms and beds.

It's a shame the adult swimming pool can't be used anymore.

They said it was close to the station, just a short walk, but it turned out to be quite a walk, they ordered a swimming pool view, but they turned around a bit, they were given a wall view, if they had known that, they wouldn't have ordered a room option if they had given it to them, the blanket was used, aka dirty, it's a shame the hotel, even though it would have been nice if it was clean.

I've stayed here many times, the hotel is highly recommended, the room directly accesses the pool, but unfortunately yesterday I got a room that didn't have a TV channel, please check the room facilities more often. My suggestion is to try upgrading the TV facilities in the room to a smart TV 🫶🙏

The location is very strategic and close to everything. In front of the hotel is the legendary and famous Lontong Kari shop. Pasar Baru is just a short walk across the train bridge, and Bandung Station is also quite close. The swimming pool is quite clean and child-friendly. A few suggestions for Hotel Guntur: The wallpaper near the bathroom is starting to peel, perhaps it could be replaced soon. The soundproofing is also a bit lacking, so you can still hear noise from the next room. Breakfast also can't be brought to the room, which might be something to consider in the future. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Thank you.
