When I arrived at the location, it turned out that the staff was not on standby there and the location was dark (in a state of blackout because there were no guests, due to covid anyway). The condition of the room is also that some of the lights are dead and have not been replaced with new ones, the water tap is rusty and it seems that it has not been in place for a long time. Honestly, we were not satisfied with such conditions, and immediately decided to cancel the stay. On the other hand, it turns out that the pandemic has a tremendous impact on lodging in Bali, so sad.

The Google map determines the location in front of the Jubawa homestay, but the correct location is there is an entrance alley in the east next to the Java homestay. There is written Oyo in front of the alley. but the whole place is comfortable, only the bed is higher in general, Cannot go up the normal way. swimming pool, quite spacious suitable for families. The place is quiet and comfortable. Only better if there is security or a staff of 1 person on duty at night. Because during the pandomy period if only 1 room was filled, it felt really lonely.

Water is absent, hotel guesthouse guards are non-existent. The worst thing was that my niece was in a room bitten by a thousand foot animal. When we want to find staff there is no telephone in the room. In the room is also not provided telephone number complaint service.

The room are quite dark and no plug in near the table. we were asked the staff help to borrow the extension plug in but before the door checking to the reception the said not available and both staff keep playing game online on their phone. We were ignored. it's very basic property actually. cable roll to extend the plug in and we remove the bad light to the mirror desk. We just asked for help and the staff should show their attention. they were answered my request while keep playing game online on their android. it's very very disappointing.

The room is clean enough, the place is quiet, only there is no phone connection in the room, so at midnight there is no water want to take a shower I have to walk back and forth (sports) to the front reception to order dinner to feel the need to be improved so far ok the staff are friendly
