Staff and owner are nice and quick. But I really love the surroundings and the access to the hostel. The neighborhood is silent most of the time, so it’s good for resting. We can put our belongings in the lobby too before check-in time and let us roam SG first.

1. The lady at reception was so busy with her phone when welcomed me, 2. She gave my id back by throwing it not giving me in polite, i was shock btw 3. Aircons are not 24hrs, they turn on ac 3pm onward, 4. They have good communal space, 5. The guy who cleans hostel very good attitude, very friendly also, he gave a lil snack when i was working with my ipad. The owner shd apreciate him. 6. Shower room and toilet are perfect. 7. So far i like this hostel cause downstairs got lil food court and they are affordable.

When I arrived there was no receptionist, because I arrived at 11 pm, but I was guided via email, quite clear and helpful! The mattress and sheets were damp, the blanket was folded but very wrinkled, there were no towels! And access from the MRT station was far and quite an effort to find it! There is a food stall for coffee etc.....

In my cubicle, there's a box that takes up almost half the space. It's very disruptive and makes me feel cramped. The service is good—there's free water, tea, and coffee in the cafeteria. The women's restroom is very hot and humid, even though there's a fan. It's very close to a bus stop and about a 10-minute walk to the nearest MRT station.

Very nice and cheap accommodation.

The men's toilet is only on the 2nd floor. It's difficult for those who sleep on the 3rd floor.

In this hotel, all self-service, all good. But I had given a note in the booking to be given a lower bunk. When I got there, I was given an up bunk and it made it difficult for me to climb the bed ladder. Please be wise in reading customer notes. It could be that your customer is sick or experiencing something bad with his feet. Thanks.

Yeah the staff are nice. One remark was that the toilet was not clean not because they did not clean but the different guests different manners :)
