The room was stuffy, the mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows smelled, and the AC wasn't cooling. For that price, the facilities are lacking.

The room cleanliness is poor and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room during the rainy season... just constructive criticism, hopefully it will be better and taken into account in the future

When I stayed overnight, the bathroom light was out. I should have checked to see if the facilities were working properly.

I usually order a deluxe king room on the second floor, but yesterday I was moved to the third floor. Although it's comfortable, it's different from the second floor.

My room key was getting error for 3 times. I was staying in the third floor and every time the key error I have to go to the receptionist in the first floor, no lift, so I was exhausted.
