Unfortunately, I got a room that was too small.. and the toilet was a bit smelly at night, it gave off an unpleasant smell, maybe the disposal or drainage was not good enough so the smell went everywhere

The room is spacious and clean.

The hotel service is quite good and the response from the hotel staff is quite good, but the request for connecting rooms is not available, the room conditions are not comfortable, there is no refrigerator in each room, there is not enough soap and shampoo, there is no hair dryer.

Parking attendants and security are quick to find parking, the room is actually quite comfortable but because there are some renovations going on it has an impact on the smell of paint in the room especially the hexos or bathroom ventilation is not proper (not optimal) so the bathroom smells very strong. For breakfast it is worth maintaining in terms of taste and service is very good, the swimming pool with body floats and board facilities is a cool idea, a bonus in the morning can have coffee or eat ice cream with a view of Mount Sindoro, special.

For this price, the room is very cramped, stuffy, and has no windows. It's noisy. You can easily hear the neighbors shouting and chatting. The security guards are nice and very responsive. There's a lot of smoking, but it's not regulated. I smelled cigarettes, and it turned out someone was smoking at the end of the door. The parking lot is very narrow, and the back room smells of garbage. If cars pass, it's difficult to get out. The soap and shampoo are still in bar packaging. There aren't any wall-mounted ones. It feels like a 1-star hotel. The bathroom floods. The mirror is invisible due to condensation. The only mirror is in the toilet. There isn't one in the room. I had difficulty getting dressed, couldn't look in the mirror, and it was very difficult to move around because it's cramped. The price is quite expensive. It's not worth it. Please improve the facilities. Thank you.

Staff very friendly, nice environment, and the location is strategic. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, including the room corridor.

The price is quite expensive for a room without windows. The unit I got had a door so loose that the lock gap was visible and unsafe. I tried to open it from the gap, but it immediately opened. I've reported it to the staff, but there's been no follow-up.

I chose a windowless room because it was only for sleeping, and most of my activities were outside. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the people next door were busy shuffling tables and such until midnight. There were also conversations that could be heard in the room. It turned out there was a storage area next door for luggage for cleaning. The hotel's best feature was its stunning cliffside view. The restaurant overlooks it.

It was a delight, one of those hotels I can guarantee I'll be back again with my family.

The price of a portion of fried rice & a drink is 125,000, because the hotel rate is not a problem, but the taste is not good.

Stayed in a standard deluxe room with no view, small room, stuffy, sounds from outside can be heard, open the door and immediately open the bed. The sheets were dirty, luckily they were changed immediately, the bathroom was smelly, there was no hairdryer available, so for those who wear the hijab, it's better to bring a hairdryer. Luckily there is a comfortable cafe, the breakfast is delicious. Suggestions are to improve the room layout and improve cleanliness.

Nice hotel with good view, comfortable, friendly staff

The hotel is nice, I like staying at this hotel. All the staff are friendly & nice. Just want to give some input, for the room, they should still be given a vitrage so that you can see the mountain view more clearly & not be embarrassed because the window is bright without vitrace. Also in the room there should be a mirror, so if you want to look in the mirror you don't have to fight with the one in the bathroom oh yeah ... the bathroom should also have a shelf to put the amenities 🙏 don't put them in the room like now. Overall, staying at this hotel is very pleasant 👏🏼

Good location, unfortunately I got room 101, the sheets were dirty, and the room was located downstairs so the phone signal was bad, ate at the restaurant, the view was good and the food was delicious
