Location! Location! Location! It's centre of the centre and near everything. The hotel is new, luxury with exceptional customer service. Breakfast is delicious, not too many choices like other big hotels, but all choices are very good, especially their daily soup and homemade juice. Make sure to have a drink in their roof top bar and you can have the full view of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Outstanding service. Super impressed by how attentive the staff were. The hotel is in a great location by the lake, nice view from the restaurant and the rooftop bar. The room is a bit small and pay attention to room selection. A room with an interior window means you have a window with a little natural light, but the window is blocked by a building structure, so you won't see anything outside at all. Other than that, the room is great, and the bed is very comfy. Bathroom amenities should be improved by using environmental-friendly installed large bottles rather than little tubes. Overall, service is what prompted me to write this review.

The room is humid and the lights are too dark, not suitable for children. Really uncomfortable.

I checked in at 5am: the receptionist spoke softly and helped me change rooms very quickly, I was also offered drinks and light dried fruit. The hotel has a light fragrance, like a spa, very relaxing.

The bathroom had some engineering issues, water from the shower kept running to the bathroom floor. Beside that, everything was good. The hotel nicely refused the early check-in request, despite letting them know during booking that I would arrive early.

The variety of food was great, satisfying, and the taste was great, especially the Vietnam coffee.

Good location, good food, and very nice hotel staff. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Rose was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is strategically located in the Northern part of Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast was very delicious, and Jennifer is always there to welcome you.

Although at first there was a problem with the booking code on the app that had not yet arrived at the hotel, but the receptionist handled it very cleverly and quickly for the guests! While waiting, sitting in the lobby is served a very fragrant lemongrass ginger lemonade! My wife is on the 4th floor, although the room is not large without a balcony, but I still like it because the interior color layout is very luxurious, delicate and cozy! Although I stayed for one night, the experience was very satisfying! The overall hotel has a nice nostalgic nostalgia!
