Overall the unit was very clean and well located. Easy to find and having subway access in the building is incredible. Checking in is like being a part of an escape room challenge. The instructions are very clear but it is a bit complicated. I took a star off because it was a bit unclear and I did have to make a phone call to even receive check in instructions. Also be aware that if you are travelling alone, getting your car out of the parking garage on the final day is a challenge because you have to leave your key fob in the room therefore you won’t actually be able to get down to the parking garage to get your car.

The check-in process is ultimately crazy and not safe. If you have an appetite for a treasure hunt to find your key to the apartment in the garage, and sending your passport and credit card details in not a safe way to strangers, continue your booking.

do not stay here, they are scammers, the worst communication and effort. when i had shown up the apartment was dirty and not kept well. they are now refusing to give me back my damage deposit because there was white paint, previously not from me whatsoever, because i was out of surgery and bed ridden while i was there! why would i have white paint?! and because they needed to wash the bottom of a pot! they have a planned excuse to keep it and are now not responding although it says they are active. disgusting behaviour.

In fortunately AC system was off We didn’t know they switch AC system off in October Nobody mentioned it to us when we were booking, if we know , we wouldn’t rent that palace. Had to leave the windows open still couldn’t get the temperature to desire temp Never ever would rent from Global stay.
