Been back twice, the resort is very nice

The swimming pool for outside guests was crowded and bustling, anyone wearing anything could jump into the pool, it was very chaotic and unhygienic. I only took a clip and sent it to my friends, not a photo. If you need a clip to see how chaotic it is, I will send it. I also took a photo of the resort, it was very beautiful, beautifully designed, the rooms were beautiful, and the amenities in the room were good. When I arrived, I was very excited and delighted. When I got to the pool, my mood dropped 🤣😂

Suprisingly nice hotel with very pro HKM who helped us to check in late at night during Tet holiday. The resort located in a very beautiful place, right next to a calm river & not far away from the beach, as well as the Quang Ngai city. Spacious villa, great landscape, very affordable price.

Mình tới check in trễ 16h nhưng vẫn phải đợi thêm 1 tiếng đồng hồ nữa, hối lắm thì 17h mới được nhận phòng. Ngồi vật vờ không được mời 1 ly nước nữa. Phòng thì chưa dọn sạch lắm, bông tẩy trang chưa vứt, bồn tắm ngoài trời dơ. Đồ ăn buffet không đa dạng, Tết khách đông nhưng rất ít đồ ăn.

Security guards don't care about guests. When the guest asked the security guard to call the Receptionist with a walkie-talkie to send a car to the room due to the rain, but the security guard was not interested and had an indifferent attitude towards the guest, the guest had to contact the Receptionist themselves afterwards.

This is a resort that my family came at the right time for the hotel to rent an event, loud music speakers right in the room from 5pm to 10pm. My family is full of old people and children, so I really don't know where to go from that time frame. In addition, the hotel scenery as well as peaceful and lovely surroundings. The staff were friendly and lovely.

The room was so nice. Every detail was well taken care. It design was amazing. nothing to complain about the room. Staffs were super nice and can't be sweeter. However, wifi was very bad in the morning. Phone did not work in the morning so I had to call the hotline to inform the wifi issue but then nothing changed. No breakfast buffet but I was not informed about that at all. There was a menu but since I was in rush (I just prepare 15-20 mins for a fast breakfast), I did not ask for menu to order but requested whatever they have that I don't have to wait for too long. They said sandwich bread was the fastest one but finally I still had to wait for a while, not fast at all. The resort is still in construction.
