Torel Palace Porto is a true gem beautifully designed, elegant, and perfectly located. The engaging and attentive staff made our stay unforgettable with their warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to their coffee shop it’s a delightful spot with excellent coffee and treats, the perfect place to relax and soak up the hotel’s charm. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

The staff of this hotel truly make it a 5 star experience. From the welcome drink and delicious cookie to the incredible breakfast it was a fabulous experience. My only negative was the small closet and lack of drawers in the room, otherwise it was a perfect stay in a beautiful room.

The room was beautiful. Loved the hotel theme of Portuguese literature and authors. The hotel staff makes you feel like a VIP. Everyone is accommodating and pleasant. The welcome drink of port was excellent. So too was participation in the advent calendar for the holiday. Beautiful hotel. The free Fado concert they have the guests was wonderful. Turn down service with chocolates nice. Breakfast delicious. The most amazing hotel and stay of all of our travels around the world.
