I was traveling with my family, with high expectations for a hotel with a strategic location and swimming pool facilities, but unfortunately, the room I booked was on the 4th floor with unclean conditions, stuffy, and there were many insects such as crickets and tomcats, it seemed the room was rarely occupied by guests, it was very unfortunate. the bathroom could be said to have been newly renovated but the unclean conditions made small insects similar to cockroaches in the bathroom. The AC was also not cold enough so I had to complain to the receptionist to normalize my AC condition. Hopefully in the future it will be an evaluation material from the hotel manager because the strategic location but cleanliness is inadequate.

for access is very easy because it is located in the city center and positioned right on the roadside, for the room there are free snacks but the condition of the room is less clean, many cobwebs both in the bathroom and on the roof of the bedroom, the towels in the bathroom are also not convincing, the water channel in the bathroom is a bit clogged. for the hotel area the emergency stairs seem to be rarely cleaned and there is a lot of dust.

Check-in was easy and fast, the staff were friendly and prompt. The food was standard, with minimal vegetables. The downside was that the exhaust fan was on but the window faced the pool which was the smoking area, so smoke could still be felt coming into the room even though we were on the 2nd floor. Across the pool was a mini gym, unfortunately it was close to the smoking area 🤔 Dust under the bed, cobwebs in the bathroom, maybe the room was rarely used??

Staying at Nalendra Plaza Subang, because we were tired after being stuck in the traffic jam of returning home for Eid. So we decided to take a break and look for a hotel through an application with a good rating. Nalendra was our choice, the reviews were good and access to the toll gate was close, access to culinary places and the city center was very close. When we arrived, it happened to be raining heavily, but we were helped by the staff to unload our luggage and park the car in front of the lobby, very easy. The check-in process was fast and we were escorted to our room. The deluxe room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the towels were also clean and fragrant. Luckily, the breakfast was quite complete, there was yellow rice, fried rice, vegetables and side dishes, the porridge was really delicious, the salad and bread were also delicious, and fruit. In short, the service was good, the staff were friendly and the hotel was comfortable making us comfortable staying at Nalendra Subang.

1. The location according to Google is very confusing. You have to enter a small alley, even though the location is on the side of the highway. 2. There needs to be a large signboard on the side of the road, not red running text, it's hard to read. 3. Check in is written at 14.00 but the room is still not ready, you have to wait until 15.30 - 16.00. 4. It should have been announced from the beginning that there would be a confiscation of ID cards as collateral or a deposit. If not asked, the ID card is immediately kept. After being asked, it can be replaced with a deposit of IDR 50,000 (not transparent enough). 5. The bathroom is flooded with water. After asking the receptionist, they said there was a construction error.

The hotel is located in the city center and surrounded by many fast food chain restaurants and convenient stores. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the breakfast served by the hotel's restaurant is adequate. However, the Wi-Fi connection surely needs an improvement, so please sort that out, bruv!
