Friendly staff, clean room

Booked a room as shown in the picture and paid the exact amount. But when I checked in, I got a different room, not the same. The humidity was terrible. No support. I left the room and didn't stay. 1 star

Although I was a bit nervous before with the bad reviews about Homes. But when I checked in, everything was fine, the support staff was also gentle in advising and carefully guiding, so everything was ok. The experience at Homes was quite great. Thank you Homes

The room door is stuck and can't be opened. I contacted the staff many times but they didn't answer. The furniture is old.

My worst hotel experience ever, bad room, unpleasant staff, inconvenient entrance. Booked one room, delivered another. Room was in a dead end alley, couldn't even ride a motorbike up, but strict rules, fined in money, reading the message made me angry😃

The cleaning lady is cute and enthusiastic. The room is clean and fully equipped. However, parking is not allowed, so it is a bit inconvenient.

the photo advertise probably from the day bussiness was starting. shouldn't advertise as a hotel and need to be stating more clearly that's the home stay business. not the right price for what I get and so embarrassing with my visitors for my staying. so upset by the moment that I turn up at the door but with the kids and all the luggage, to lazy to do anything so just have to suck in with the booking

To enter a room from outside, everyone uses a coded door, especially the gate. Communication with the owner only uses WA. Good.

The room smelled like cigarettes (even though the room was non-smoking), the room door was already unlocked and the password was pressed (I don't know if it will still be safe), the air conditioner was removed (I don't know if anything will happen when used). Pelayanan jelek sampe sana lama sekali tidak bisa buka pintu sampe 1,5 jam WA lama bales, AC hr pertama nggak dingin hr kedua mati.

The location and parking area is far away and hotel will not support you for the parking cost. Bathroom looks not really clean. Facilities are too old. Staff is not friendly. I had troubles in opening the door (self check in), I called the hotline and the staff said “Look at the doors, I think you should know how to open it!”. I didn't know why he said that, as if I knew how to do that, I would never call him. The staff continuously asked me to give them identity card or passport even though I sent to them and pointed at the image 3 or 4 times I think. They even asked me how many people I would stay and I need to reply them more than 3 times, and I did choose number of people at the time I booked this room. I don't know how they manage the customers information, but it is definitely not good.

Tự checkin nên khá riêng tư. Chỗ để xe hơi xa so với homes nên cũng phải chịu khó đi bộ nè. Nhưng các bạn nhân viên ở homes nhiệt tình vui vẻ. Homes cũng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp hihi

Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ tuy nhiên bạn nào đi xe máy cần cân nhắc vì không giữ xe của khách,bạn phải đi gửi xe chỗ khác rồi đi bộ về khách sạn, cân nhắc kỹ!

Tổng quan phòng ở cơ sở đống đa: siêu bé, phù hợp cặp tình nhân đến chill xong về :) Khách du lịch thì next đi ạ điểm cộng: nhân viên rất hỗ trợ khi mình đặt nhầm ngày và đổi phòng cho mình ở cơ sở khác ở bình thạch cách khoảng 2km, có mất phí 75k (rẻ so với việc phải đặt lại). Điểm trừ: nhiều khủng khiếp, - cửa nhà bị kẹt không vào được, 4/5 lần mở là kẹt :) - đi chơi về khuya 12h là xác định cb kẹt cửa + không gọi được hotline (dù ghi là 24/7 :)). Hôm đó điện thoại mình hết pin, gọi nhà hl không được, may có 1 anh cũng bị kẹt đứng nhắn zalo mới trả lời (gọi hotline vẫn không nghe máy nha). - Nvs thì hôi mùi cống kinh khủng. - Giá chát so với chất lượng phòng ốc và vị trí homestay p/s: mình về hà nội kể chuyện cho đồng nghiệp, mới nói đến kẹt cửa là người ta biết homestay nào luôn ạ :) mà đó còn không phải cùng 1 cơ sở. Ngoài ra cũng có rất nhiều người mình quen có trải nghiệm tệ tại đây mọi người nên cân nhắc suy nghĩ kỹ khi quyết định chọn hệ thống này
