Location is fine but nothing else exceptional. Dark alleyway to slum building. No gathering room. Just 2 bedrooms and an 8 x 4 kitchen with 3 chairs to sit at. None of the bathroom sinks worked and only 1 blanket for both bedrooms. I told owner but she never came to fix bathroom or bring blanket or towels. Needed to wash in kitchen sink for 5 days. Owner couldn’t care less bout guest. Gave us 2 towels for a 5 day stay. This place is pure crap. Location good but we all deserve better!!!!! An absolute rip off. And no one ever came to clean.

Great location that gives you a taste of living as part of the local community. Nice showers and enjoyable private patio. Did not like the “road” I had to drive and park on. Actually dented my rental car. I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay here, the location was amazing, host was so friendly and given the late hour of our arrival was very helpful

Fantastic location only five minutes' walk from the old city (and far enough to be quiet at night!) as well as next to the start of the stairs to the wonderful Marjan forest park and its views over Split. The entrance yard is scruffy but that wasn't a problem for us. The apartment is on the first floor with a self-contained outside area.

Appartement parfait pour visiter Split car au cœur de celle ci. Appartement grand et très bien équipé. Petit bémol sur aspect extérieur de l’immeuble et de la cour qui n’est pas engageant.
