A very friendly atmosphere and excellent value for money. Most of the staff do not speak much English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and the lady who ran the reception (amongst other duties) spoke very good English. She was also excellent at advising and organising trips. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice place, we stayed for 4 nights. The room & pool were very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The owners are very friendly & helpful.

Huge room and bathroom. Clean. Offered motorbike and bike rental. Very friendly family who took care of us. Offered advise on where to go and offered to help book tours or transportation. Shakshuka and coffee breakfast were good. If I had to nitpick, the towels were a little rough, the internet wasn't the best and for our room, one of the outlets by the bed was 5 feet above the bed

For the money, the hotel was fine. The room was spacious, the location was lovely, the pool was nice. However, when we checked in within two minutes, we were shown a brochure about booking a trip and we had just arrived from a distance and really we were tired and I felt the room could’ve been read better. If they wanted to sell us a package, we could’ve talked about it later, but not when you first walk in like that. The room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better also. However, as I said for the money, it was good.

This was a good value place to stay, the staff were amazing. I stayed in #701 which was in an older building, the room had a slight odor but apart from that everything was alright. I am sure they would have put me in a different room if I mentioned it to them but I was here for just a night so didn't bother. The people who manage this place are very kind and helpful, big thanks to them

We had a lovely stay at the Tam Coc Lavendar Homestay. Th e ocation is perfect - right in Tam Coc, but just outside the busy main street; walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant onsite that serves the most delicious pandan coffee - try it! We enjoyed the pool and there are plenty of places outside to relax. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. Although limited to a few choices, our kids devoured the crepes and we enjoyed the shakshuka. Coffee and juice, as well as fresh fruit/salad are included with breakfast. The best part of our stay was the family that owns and runs the homestay - if you have a chance, definitely take the time to visit with them. One host in particular is always smiling and has an infectious laugh - he was the best! All the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very responsive when we had a question or request. They arranged scooter rentals for us which was a fun way to explore the area. The homestay rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a bottom floor room and our only complaint would be that there was a funny odor in the bathroom. Our friends had a couple of the upstairs rooms - I would recommend booking one of these if possilbe. When we return to Vietnam I would definitely book a stay here again.

This place is absolutely lovely! Great location, beautiful, fantastic room. We got a quadruple for four of us and it had king size beds, and very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible!

This is a great location, quiet on a side street with a garden like setting. You are only a short walk from the center of Tam Coc and all the restaurants and shops. It’s a family run hotel. They include a simple breakfast, which was more than adequate. They have a nice pool too. Only thing that would be a nice addition would be safes/lock boxes in the room.

Ñam and her uncle were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very refreshing on a hot day. We highly recommend Lavender Homestay!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! The owner is so sweet and helpful. We booked a tour through the hotel and it was so easy they picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back off there. We also rented a scooter from them and it was so cheap. Not the nicest scooter but it worked perfectly. Overall amazing stay and would definitely come back next time.

Top notch hotel. Beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere here is the best in town. Short walk to lots of Resturant’s less than 2 minute and easy access to nature also. The best of both worlds.

Stayed here on a family trip Great value for money Family that run the home stay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one Gave us advice on things to see, hired a bike and scooters at very reasonable rates. Breakfast was included and very good. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, helpful owners, breakfast included. The only downside being that the hot water was hit and miss.

Family-run homestay, quet, tastefully decorated, everything is clean, the room is very comfortable. The owners helped us arrange a ride to the airport early in the morning and even packed us breakfast for the road. Motorbike rental is available right at the Homestay. Beautiful place to stay

Hosts were amazing. They were very welcoming and keen to make our stay the best. Room was clean and comfortable, pool beautiful and cooling, breakfast options were very generous and prompt. Great location to everything Tam Coc has to offer. Would stay here again if we come back.

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights at Lavender Homestay and it was perfect for our needs. We rented two rooms with a king and a queen in each room. The rooms are decent size and the beds are very comfortable. The location is a 3 minute walk into Tam Coc town center and a very convenient location yet far enough away that it was quiet . We rented scooters there and also had laundry done for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is also included and is simple but delicious! The family that owns the homestay are some of the nicest people we have met and made us feel at home there. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation.
