The room is very clean, close to the crowds, I recommend staying here for families if they come to Bogor.

The location is very strategic, in the city center, close to malls, DAMRI, and delicious restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Early check-in is possible, but there is an additional fee. The room is clean, quite spacious, and comfortable. The only downsides to the deluxe room are the lack of a water heater for making drinks and the lack of hangers in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's okay, and I'd consider staying here again.

The towels are really bad. If possible, they're already so dirty. I ordered a large bed, but I was given a twin bed instead. I complained and was asked to show my request via the app. Luckily, there was one, but it just made me feel really annoyed. Please pay attention.

This is my second stay at Bianco. I got a different room than the first. This time, the room is smaller, and there's not enough space to spread out a prayer rug. Different price, different room, different extras. The first one was 300,000 IDR without Fast Food. Yesterday, I got 300,000 IDR with Fast Food delivered to my room. It was quite nice to get fried rice and plain tea in bed. Don't forget, there's a key deposit: 50,000 IDR in cash.

If you want to take a shower, you have to hold the shower head, it's not installed. Everything else is fine, but I got a room with a shower head that wasn't nailed down.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly, even though check-in was at 3 a.m. due to a two-way flight delay. It's a great location for staying near Bogor and Taman Raya Bogor.

bathroom cleanliness must be improved

The location is strategic, the room is sufficient but the curtains, bed sheets are not clean, and the bathroom is not cleaned, hopefully the cleanliness can be noticed and improved.

Unfortunately, the shower drain in the bathroom is a bit slow when showering, so it's muddy and the water smells a bit like chlorine. But overall, it's good! It's very close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and Botani Square Mall, so you can walk there if you slip.

Very close to the Botanical Gardens, the IPB campus, and Botani Square. The suites are spacious and feature high-top desks for working. There's a coffee machine and water dispenser on each floor.

Very cozy from the lobby to the room

An affordable hotel close to the IPB Baranangsiang campus. However, room 218 needs to be improved due to the clogged drain near the toilet and the leaking shower hose. It's a shame that so much water is wasted. Please fix this as soon as possible. Please provide a perfume in the elevator that emits a fragrant scent every few seconds... The service from the staff is very good and friendly.
