Friendly staff, massages were excellent. Food was delicious. Would recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay staff was attentive and the room was spacious and had lots of outlets.

Nice Staff And hotel has gym and spa and great breakfast. Very difficult location and no dinners possible. Don't go out alone or without taxi or security guards. Stopped by armed police checkpoint nearby due to sex tourism checks. Needed hotel staff to escort us back. Without our passports wife and I faced a shakedown and threats

The hotel is good in terms of the cleanliness, the food and the amazing and so helpful staff. The only threat was the vicinity which was a bit risky as also warned by the hotel staff.

Location is very convenient because of center of the city. Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are friendly. But room is small and dark due to cheap price.

Very nice hotel in downtown Tana. Downtown Tana a little intimidating for the first time traveler to Madagascar but once you get used to the very busy centre of Tana you will enjoy the location.

Nice restaurant (Indian food), large vegetarian menu. The junior suite is a nice large room, the sofabed is reasonably comfortable when used as a bed.

The management is very rude and unfriendly... very disorganized, they messed up my booking on 2 separate occasions. Even though my booking was confirmed, they refused to give me a room saying it was over booked. I had to fight with the reception to get a room. Yet I was given only a very small room, I had booked a suite. During check out they had billed me much higher than what I had agreed for on your website.. this place is fraudulent..

Corridors were going in complete darkness due to automatic switching off the lights in them and this stringent arrangement was made by hotel. The Corridors floors are extremely torn up and is very much uneasy to walk on them. Exercise room was quite Basic which the management kept closed on Tuesdays and also closing it half days on Sundays. Breakfast was reasonable and restaurant service was also Ok.

My wife and I passed there 3 nights in the suite Room 114. First floor. Not only big room also big bed.saloon georgeous with sofa and tv. Big bathroom too. Breakfast complet and correct except de bread, bad quality. In the middle of town the only problem is the night-life can be dangerous after 21h

Tout d abord je salue l exemplarité de l ensemble du personnel de l hôtel comme du restaurant. Parlons du restaurant le service est assez lent même si il y a peu de clients dans la salle. La cuisine excellente est en grande majorité indienne alors attention à ceux qui ont du mal avec les plats très épicés et les aigreurs d estomac. Parlons de la chambre 107 au premier étage. La chambre climatisée est très petite et les rangements sont bons pour une personne mais pas pour un couple. La télévision est tout juste bonne à changer tellement l image est médiocre. L insonorisation de la chambre est excellente . Le service laverie est efficace et rapide. Petit détail cet hôtel affiche dans sa description le mot spa mais il n y a pas de bain bouillonant. Vous trouverez par contre une petite salle de sport un hammam que je n ai pas pu testé car il était en panne. La piscine est sympa et de bonnes dimensions. Enfin il y a eu un petit incident au bar le 26 février. J ai commandé un baileys et le serveur m a servi une autre boisson qui n avait pas le même goût. J ai demandé à ce que l on me serve un baileys. J en ai fait part à un monsieur en chemise blanche qui m a dit il y a deux solutions. La première on vous facture les deux boissons et la deuxième solution on déduit la première boisson du salaire du serveur qui a fait la faute. Connaissant les salaires malgaches j ai décidé de payer les deux boissons bien que je pense que c etait à l hôtel d assumer ses responsabilités et non au se
