The staff at Hotel Reina Isabel was very helpful. They helped us find an express laundry service and let us check out late so we have enough time to pick it up and pack before our flight. Our room has a good view of the mountains. The Artisan Market is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had a good stay at Hotel Reina Isabel.

The suites in this place are nice, good space. The staff top to bottom was great, except the older lady who works day shifts in the front desk. She might be the only person there who didn't like her job and she didn't seem to care. Just as long as you stay away from her, all else are good there.

Overall a great stay. I super recommend! Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. Only one staff member was not that great. But that's ok! They cleaned my room every day and supplies fresh towels. I love that! They also gave two bottles of water complimentary. My stay came with a free breakfast buffet, which was delicious. It came with bread/cereal, fruits, eggs, side dish like sausages or yuca bolitas, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, cheese and deli meats, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The orange juice was sour though, but good if you don't mind sour. I think I prefer my OJ more sweet. The cappuccino was delicious! Also I loaded up on fruit, pineapple, melon, and papaya. The room was spacious with a desk for work and king size bed. There was also a Jacuzzi and bidet. Fancy! Jacuzzi worked well but you had to press the button at a certain pressure to turn it on. It took me awhile to figure it out. Only downside of my room was it was very loud. Outside I could hear traffic and car alarms. One night a car alarm went off for 2 hours. it was horrible. I had to play something on my phone to drown out the noise. The gym was top of the line. As good as any gym you pay monthly for. And not very busy which was nice. And well air conditioned. I hate a lot of hotel gyms that are so hot! Anyway, great stay! Will definitely come back!

The hotel was extremely beautiful, well kept, nicely decorated and the staff including the 24hr security at the door were kind and friendly. Our room was located on the 7th floor. Robinson, one of the front desk personnel was helpful with our check in and our check out. One of my only gripes is an alarm from either a car or a commercial property that went off multiple times every single night. It did not keep us awake, but it was a bit of a nuisance to hear it so often each night.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and spacious, and had amenities like the large jacuzzi tub. It is safe and quiet. We go to Quito a lot, and we usually stay at a different hotel. Because of scheduling, we ended up trying this hotel instead. Hotel Reina Isabel is our new go to hotel.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the bedding was so comfortable. I loved the jacuzzi tub. What i would suggest is that staff do a better job of attending to breakfast. You know how many people are staying in your hotel. Make enough empanadas and keep the coffee urn full.

The hotel's public areas and room were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was rich in variety. The dinner dishes were very good too. The value for money of this hotel is excellent.

Lovely hotel in Quito which we only stayed at overnight before heading out on our trip. Nonetheless the room was wonderfully comfortable, the restaurant was very good with a great variety of dishes, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend for your stay in Quito.

I've been here many times before but two years ago was my last stay. The breakfast didn't seem as good as I remembered. I specifically picked a better room for the tub and it had a broken drain cover where I had to install it and then ask for someone to get it closed so it would fill. I ran out of hot water about one third full. The tub was luke warm having run out of hot. There's a small heater in the room which I appreciated because it's cold in Quito many nights
