Appears they have a problem with the card system. Had to go every day 2-3 times to get new cards as either incorrect programming or inexperienced receptionist. Shall not happen in 5 star hotel. And believe that saying sorry the problem is solved.
The breakfast okay, omelette average.
The expensive roof top bar didn't have Campari?
The guest lounge club didn't have breakfast nor lunch food. Just coffee and fruit. At the evening was okay.
Anyhow, far from 5 star with a club lounge.
