In centre of town, short walk to waterfront. Very quiet with basicano traffic noise. Has nice deck/pool area for quiet drink and relax. Food at restaurant was good with variety of dishes. Issue checking in as they had no record from Hotels.com (booking had been made and paid for 9 months prior) took time but eventually was sorted.

Great stay and staff was very attentive. I would stay here again.

The worse internet I ever encountered in any hotel or country I visited in Africa. If you are looking for a place to stay and disconnect from the rest of the world this is the right place for you. Connection keeps lagging every 23-30 seconds.

I was given a room below the gym which was terrible as there was banging noise from 6am onwards. Also the hotel didn’t have hot water which is sun optimal for a business hotel. Substandard hotel, do not stay.

Unfortunately the showers never had hot water. Staff were not good at communication. Breakfast was less than adequate, but location was great. Hotel needs upgrading

This hotel staff here are very proud of their hotel (now the Onomo brand) and were responsive to our queries which were very few. It is conveniently located in downtown, close to many banks and other major institutions allowing for easy movement. Excellent Gym; Pool is small but clean. Our only issue was the internet per device which frustrated us from time to time as we logged in after a long drive from Nairobi unaware of the rules, which was frustrating. Good breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Good value for money.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and restaurant was good. Gym was well equipped for a hotel gym and clean. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at the Ramada Encore. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Friendly and helpful.

Great modern new hotel. Staff are super friendly and the food in the sky bar was the best in Dar Es Salaam. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Pool on the 6th floor is also a great welcome from the heat. Ferry is also a 5 min ride. Great location

AC is disabled once the key is removed Buffet very limited for both breakfast and lunch
