It was great and the staff are very friendly.

Good value and generally kind and good service. Breakfast was decent with some day-to-day variety. Room was in fair (not excellent) condition when we arrived; but they eventually fixed all major problems. Excellent A/C and no bugs. One watch out was Expedia claimed rooms had safes; but our room did not. Their solution (which they did immediately on request) was to bring in a safe from elsewhere. They were not persuaded by the concern that safes should be bolted to the wall from the inside. Besides that, I would rate this hotel as very secure; front entrance is staffed all night and it’s in a larger building that is also guarded.

Rooms very spacious clean good bedsheets and towels

I stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed my stay very much. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The shower always had hot water. The buffet breakfast was always delicious and the server Hosianna was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that I wished the Wi-Fi was available in the restaurant and lobby as well. It was strong in the room I rented.

The staff were very good, especially Madam Rose and Margaret.

The rooftop pool area was nice. Room was spacious, but dated. Far from the airport. Very basic breakfast with limited items. No where near 4 stars

Generally ok for Dar Es Salaam, Food was great. Bedding needs attention.

Very old rooms. Not renovated. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed and the bedsheets were very old as and light brown instead of white as it is been used for so long. I booked for 3 days but I left the hotel early move into another hotel.

My stay was pleasant. I especially loved the food, it was a little overpriced but good. The reception desk was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was house keeping. We once left our room and travelled to the city centre only to return after 2 hours and found it not cleaned. They later came in at around 3pm as we were in to have it cleaned which i declined. And then during our last day, a super rude house keeping lady came to our room at 9.45am as were packing and told us that she wanted to clean. We told her that were getting ready to check out as the check out time indicated was supposed to be 11am. She told us to hurry up and leave as she wanted to do her job. I found it offensive that staff should rush you while you've not overstayed.
