The dining room and front desk staff were great! Kudos to Charles at the front desk!

The food at Bandari Grill was delicious and the staff were friendly. I wish the pool was better maintained and the transportation to the airport was not $50 USD for a 10 km ride.

Property clean and well maintained. Buffet was amazing, staff member Charles was helpful and very nice. Only stayed 1 night and then took Ferry to Zanzibar

Expedia advertised on its site that airport shuttle to and from the hotel is included in the room fare. Unfortunately, those rides cost $50 one way.

Hotel seemed very clean. The staff was extremely courteous and professional upon arrival.

In its development I presume a great Hotel and location, unfortunately the area around it needs an uplift….

This place is quite a palace. It’s luxurious and very comfortable. From the moment you walk in, it’s restful. Your big heavy bags are whisked to your room. A pot of hot dawa is ready for you at check-in. My room was clean, had a spot for my luggage, and a great big window. Quiet as well. Slept like a rock. The dinner/brunch buffets are nothing short of indulgent. I only wish I’d had more time to try the pool. Business center was quick and well appointed for printing documents. Only request I’d have is that I believe this hotel lists airport transfer on this site. This is inaccurate and should be updated.
