All staffs gave a good service with kindness. Accommodation was very clean.

The staff were all amazing & very helpful. The pool area & gym & spa were great. The restaurant & food was also amazing. Our room was very spacious & comfortable! Would differently stay here again.

We have stayed here many many times and it has always been 5stars all around. This time we were put in a room that was absolutely not good.. showing not working, fixtures dirty and worn, very small.

We completely enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and appreciated as a customer. The grounds and facility were in great shape. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious in Flame Tree restaurant and the bar had a great ambiance. Highly recommend wife your stay in Nairobi.

My stay was great. The room was clean and the air-conditioning was working and room services was great too. The only disappointment was food. We were served with meat (beef) that was rotten. But, the kitchen department asked for apology and we appreciated their apology & explanations. They handled it in a very professional. Otherwise overall everything was excellent.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi.

The staff at the hotel were just fantastic people and very patient. The rooms were very clean plus the housekeeping staff do not hesitate to help when asked. The guest services team at the restaurant are just fabulous. Making my 18 year old daughter's birthday a very special day to remember. Thank you all at Sarova Panafric.

Excellent guest services, very clean

The best thing about the Sarova is the staff. Everyone eager to help you and welcome you. The spa treatments were wonderful with Pamela and Caroline. Kelvin was the best waiter and Stanley handled a large group well. Our main problem was the lobby only holds 10 people so there isn’t a place to hold meetings. Fortunately the weather was good and we met outside at the poolside restaurant.

The staff were amazing, but manager was very rude and unhelpful. I made 2 reservations, as i stayed there twice within a week. 3 days and one day. On the one day i forgot to check 2 people, but the manager insisted that i pay extra $40, for that mistake. He said one person is cheaper because less water, less towels, and so on. But then i realized that the price is the same, and when i confronted him, he said, its the policy, abd has nothing to fo with what he stated before, so he actually lied. He said it will be too much work for him to cancel the extra $40. We had a pleasant time with everyone, except the manager, whose supposed to be the best example of customer service. He was very rude and unprofessional. I have a group of 8 people coming in August, but we will definitely not stay there..

I like our stay over all. However, when they handled my luggage upon my arrival, they dropped my laptop and broke it. Now, I can’t use my laptop and am forced to buy a new one.
