Very nice oasis in the middle of a very chaotic city. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed makes it much more comfortable for all of us. I was not charged for this which compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip is brilliant and so thoughtful. It does not take much to set these beds up and makes such a difference to families who can struggle to find hotel rooms to accomodate multiple children. We stayed either side of a visit to Murchison and the hotel was happy to store my luggage for the 2 days we were away, even offering us a complimentary breakfast for our last few days as I had mistakenly left this off our second booking. It's perfect walking distance to Acacia Mall and easy for all the nice restaurants in Kololo and surrounding areas. We will definitely be back again next time we are in Kampala!

Lovely stay in a great location

Excellent staff very professional and kind

I was on a work trip for 11 days . I thought I had booked a bigger room. When I asked about it. A day later I was upgraded to a suite. Great staff and wonderful stay. Mall is close to the hotel. I did not care for the gym. Will return. Thank you!!

The hotel is wonderful and the 5/5

Our stay was quite good. The shower was a bit challenging because water was flooding the bathroom after every shower ands we has to use the towels to clean the bathroom.

Oh, we loved it, we didn't expect to find the room layout and cleanliness similar to what we have here in USA. The room service, reception, security team and all were wonderful. We also had a chance to speak to the manager, good guy, quality focused. We did let him know about the water that splashes outside the bath tub during a shower, he said they will handle... In all, 5 stars.

Executive and safe

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Delicious food. Unfortunately breakfast is not included which is surprising as most hotels in Uganda include breakfast (and I have stayed in many!). I had a minor problem which the staff dealt with so well and efficiently. I would say it’s quite expensive compared to other quality hotels of this standard. But I definitely loved it!

My room was not ready when i checked in and it took them long to make it ready and i had rung them to let them know that i will be late to check in at around 1 am and the room got ready at 2 am in the morning so i did not sleep much that day

Good service

This property is modern and clean. Excellent variety of breakfast menu. Restaurant and House keeping staff are very polite and provide excepcional service. We enjoyed the 7 days we stayed at this property.
