The room smells like sewer, there is no hot water, I called the receptionist and they said to come right away but I waited forever and still had no hot water, the room cleaning did not meet 4 star standards.

I really advise everyone not to stay here. The room is old and smelly, sometimes the toilet has no water. After using the toilet, you have to wait for the water to be pumped back up before flushing. The buffet is better than nothing. Only a few dishes are refilled very slowly, the food is cold. Some staff are ok, some have bad attitudes. Overall, I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for my recent trip to Nha Trang.

Besides, you can also order lunch at the restaurant with local dishes at affordable prices. - Support staff: 5 stars for the service and support attitude of the hotel staff. - Highlights: I will choose this hotel as a place to stay if I come to Nha Trang again. Price: Worth the money, water is sold at 15k/1.5 liter bottle - really cheap compared to the surrounding convenience stores.
