We had an amazing stay!!

The staff were very friendly. The gentlemen at the doors were super friendly and made sure that we felt welcome.

Beautiful hotel and they really did an excellent job with the welcome. But it went downhill after that. I tried to book dinner the one night I stayed and they basically brushed me off. However, they were quick to accommodate a couple that arrived after me at the rooftop bar/lounge - where I was told I had a reservation. I tried going to the restaurant on site, but I stood for a while waiting to be seated and no one was there. I ended up leaving and getting takeout.

Eco friendly convenient to shopping and sights, wonderful staff who were always present helpful and professional! Eco friendly rooms with comfortable beds, spacious shower, which felt great after a long day!!

Beautiful gothic quarter. Staff was awesome. Rooftop pool/bar was small but staff was spectacular making space for everyone. Highly recommend

I was there on business and the whole point was to work on my laptop - except the Internet was not working the whole time I was there. For $450 a night, this shouldn't have happened and at the very least, they should have reduced my room rate. And they pool - those chairs required a reservation, which was going to require some type of extra cost so no pool either. The staff was very nice and the rooms were big and nice. as for the perks I was supposed to be offered, I never heard about it.

The staff was among the very best we have encountered anywhere in our 50+ years of travel, the hotel was amazing in every way, centrally located and especially accommodating! We will be returning to Barcelona and would not think of staying anywhere else!

Staff was friendly. Sometimes doing a tad bit too much going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Great staff, great location. Doorman was helpful in finding us a great restaurant in a hole in the wall.

Lovely hotel. Great food in their restaurant. It is a hidden gem. One of the best meals that I’ve had for dinner. The staff if very kind and competent. The concierge Olga was outstanding. The only issue was getting taxis to take us to the hotel at night since it is an auto restricted area. My friend was handicapped so walking was a challenge. However, aside from that, it was a lovely lovely place to stay. The rooftop bar was also nice.

The staff across the departments were absolutely amazing.

It’s nice hotel,clean ,the staff very helpful. But the room is quite small and location is hard for the car to get into.
