seriously this is nice, the location is good, and the facilities are complete but sorry there are so many cockroaches dizzy because of cockroaches everywhere small ones coming out from under the sink and under the bed, I don't know if they need to be completely dismantled

I booked this place for 10 days because I had an event nearby and also because I previously owned two units there. The total cost was almost 4 million rupiah, so nearly 4 million rupiah per day, and it was non-cancellable or non-refundable. Turns out... this studio was infested with cockroaches everywhere, and it was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty and covered in black mold. The room photos didn't match the ones on Traveloka; it looked like they were the studio's first photos from years ago. No wonder they couldn't refund or cancel due to the disgusting conditions. For the price they were offering, I'd be better off staying at a hotel; they'd be much cleaner. How could they even dare to market a unit infested with cockroaches? There were never any cockroaches in my entire time there, so this is a real lack of cleanliness by the property owner. Oh, and the TV was also problematic; it was difficult to use and only played local channels. If you don't believe me and are okay with lots of cockroaches running around in the kitchen, bathroom, and bed.... please stay here...

The room is spacious, the staff is friendly (Kak Nanang), very clean and comfortable, this is my second stay here and overall it's really good.

The admin whose phone number is listed in the app is very slow to respond and unresponsive. I complained about a gas leak, but there was no response at all from the admin. In fact, the person who helped was the person who gave me the key. Deposits and communication are not centralized with the admin, but based on the person who helped check in. I don't see what the admin's function is here for. Maybe the admin can be improved again and the system can be centralized with the admin. The mattress needs to be replaced because it is no longer soft and rickety. The room and bathroom are clean, the ease of checking in is also okay.

Staaff room nya baik dan ramah, mudah diajak komunikasi, kamar yang disewa termasuk bagus dan nyaman, view bagus. Tapi The Lavande Residence tidak cocok untuk penginapan transit bagi keluarga yang mau bawa anak-anak liburan.

Need renovation, paint the room, bed sheets and cleanliness is apprehensive.

Saya gak pernah seumur hidup sekecewa ini dapet kamar, kebersihan sangat tidak terjaga, terutama bau rokok yang sangat kuat, sampai kasur pun bau rokok. Dan di kamar mandi banyak kecoa-kecoa kecil, sampai dapur pun ada kecoanya yang kecil-kecil.

The room is quite spacious, there is a kitchen net, refrigerator, dispenser, magic com, kettle jug, cooking and eating utensils. Oh yes, there is a gas stove too. The queen bed is for the two of us because it is not too big, there are towels and toiletries, there is no hot water (the water heater doesn't work). The tv is still analog, the wifi is pretty fast. No sandals. Overall it's pretty good.

Minus: hourly parking (I paid 50 thousand for a motorbike), small shower water and no hot water for showers. The staff is not at the location so you have to make an appointment first.

Kamar bersih, staff yang ngasih kunci ramah dan tepat waktu ketika janjian. Wifi oke. Water heater oke. Kompor oke. Mungkin yang kurang tv nya biasa (pakai antena itupun tidak bisa). Overall bagus. Semoga bisa lain kali menginap di sini lagi.
