Very pleasant and nice hotel for families.

The bed was good, but the tissue was very stingy, the bathroom was rather clean, lots of remnants of hair in the bathroom, the AC was quite cold.

The first room provided was very dirty and not tidied at all and also there was no bathroom - as a result the protest turned out to have to pay 20 thousand to move to the room according to the photo on traveloka, the service from the guard who was very disappointing and also very dirty - even though I Only transit is already checked out at 9 o'clock at night.

The room is clean, but the atmosphere is too crowded the hallway lights are too bright.

The towel is only given 1, and the color of the towel has become black meaning it is not a new towel. There are no tissues in the room or in the toilet. In the room a lot of ants too.
