There is no hot water, water pools on the bathroom floor, so when I pee, the water pools and causes a smell, the garage door cannot be locked, the AC is not cold (this is a review of the room I stayed in)

Perhaps the cleanliness of the bed needs to be improved further. The mattress was dirty and there were cockroaches. The bathroom smelled really bad, as if it had never been cleaned. The shower water was off for a whole day.

For that price in the city center, it's pretty good, but the bathroom smells and the shower handle is loose, fix it properly... suggestion: install a bathroom air freshener

I was on the second floor, far back in a different building. The hotel was scary and not suitable for backpackers. I asked for a room on the first floor, but was charged an additional fee, so I decided to look for another hotel.

For those looking for accommodation, it's not suitable. From the start of check-in, you can smell cigarettes, then the room is bad, the chair is broken, the AC is not cold, the hot water, the shower doesn't even work and the water that comes out is very little, the room is very hot, the mattress and sheets are dirty with lots of stains, when checking in you have to deposit 100k (returned at check-out)

The room itself is fine! With the price, you really will be getting the best size room for it. Although, the shower is not so good. The water pressure is horrible. And the smell is pretty weird too. But overall the room itself is fine. It is the JOURNEY to the room ahhaahhaa. It feels like 100-200m just to go to the room itself from the lobby. I mean, it would be fine if you just use Grab all the time but if you wanna walk and your room is at level 2, goodluck on your calves. Overall all good! 4/5! The staff are very friendly and the water there is not that bad (The big mineral water) but you can get cheaper ones from Indomaret for 8k rupiah instead of 10k in case you need this info. The room’s soundproofing needs to be fixed as you can hear someone close their door pretty loudly. Stayed there for a week and everything is good. The bed could be MUCH more cleaner though… Never tried the TV though. And the AC controller doesn’t work so goodluck 24/7 of a turned on AC. Surrounding is fine but because of the infamous reputation of the hotel, you’d find some people just staring at you. There’s a nice bebek stall in front of the hotel though. Overall, good enough. Especially for the price. 4/5. Would go again even with the cons because of the price!

Friendly service. The room smelled bad (damp and smelled of cockroaches), there was a 30-minute power outage, and the hotel doesn't have a generator.

Spacious room for that price. Water is very slow, faucet is prone to break. The room is suitable if you bring a car because each room has a trunk. The 2nd floor is a bit far up but can be escorted by the security guard.

Not suitable for living in, the AC doesn't work properly... the horror room smells of cigarettes and is far from the lobby, so I didn't stay there because it was really minus, not recommended, even though the price is cheap, it's a waste of money, but the staff are very kind and friendly
