The hotel is quite good for its price. The location is also quite strategic, just 5 minutes to the beach. Cleanliness still needs to be improved in the future.

Got a really special price on 11.11: a room with 2 bedrooms, each with a TV. You get 4 free bottles of bottled water, and each room has a kettle. The AC works well, the Wi-Fi is fast enough to watch the Scotland vs. Denmark live football match (I brought my own Android box). The cleanliness is adequate, and the bathroom amenities are complete. The water is strong enough, but the hot water is only a little hot... This room was a surprise, as the back terrace directly overlooks the pool. So after a quick rest, I jumped in. I love swimming, and this pool is long enough for more than just a dip (the kiddie pool is in front). The breakfast was delicious. You were given 6 menu options to choose from, including coffee or tea. The plating is beautiful, a real restaurant experience... If there's another promotion, I'd definitely go back.

There is no elevator, but the hotel staff were very helpful in quickly bringing our things to the room. However, I'm sorry but I think the cleanliness of the room is still lacking, especially the floor seems to have not been cleaned, because there is a lot of dust, even though the room is very large.

First time staying here. First impression: the hotel sign was missing. We only realized at night that the sign was on the roof of the hotel. We were staying on the 3rd floor, even though I had requested a room downstairs and near the pool. It was probably full, but it wasn't mentioned at check-in. And it seemed like I was the only one staying on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so access to the room was via stairs. As we climbed the stairs, the floor was really dirty and dusty. Entering the room, the floor felt sticky, the room smelled damp, and the bathroom had a carrion smell. On the second night, the AC in our room leaked. Since we were checking out, we didn't report it to the front office. The plus point was that the room was quite spacious and hot water in the bathroom was always available, no dramas like no hot water at certain times or running water.

Nice surrounding, you can walk to the beach for less than 1 KM.

Stains on bed sheet, asked for a change, oops! Still there. No shower gel & shampoo, no hotel sandals. Water’s off for 10-15 mins every 10.30pm. Floor’s super icky had to buy minimarket sandals myself. Customer service is ok, but lord oh lord the hygiene. Went home with bed-bugs bite even :(

The room I got was not what I ordered. The room I ordered was a deluxe with 2 double beds, but in fact there was only 1 double bed. I tried to confirm with the receptionist but there was no room type as stated in the Traveloka advertisement. I emailed Traveloka CS several times from when I arrived, stayed 2 nights and when I checked out there was no resolution or solution. For 2 nights my husband and I slept side by side with 2 children. There was no shampoo and shower cream provided in the bathroom. There was bar soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap and sanitary bag. There was no elevator and room cleaning was by request. Not knocked by housekeeping. I only found out when I was going to check out and clean the room there was a notification paper regarding room cleaning that if you want it cleaned then you have to hang the notification on the outside door. The swimming pool water was a bit greenish when I started staying for the week and was only clean when I was going to go home on Tuesday. Manual room key with a deposit of 100 thousand. The reason is that the automatic room lock sensor is broken. Friendly receptionist and spacious room may be the advantages of this place.

There’s a leak from the ceiling in my first room. Then I asked them to change the room and they did it fast.

There is no elevator so be prepared if you get a room on the 3rd floor, luckily we booked several rooms at that time so the ground floor room was for the parents, it was a shame they had to go up and down. The bathroom exhaust gave off an unpleasant smell, we wanted to turn it off but it was connected to the light switch. The AC was also not cold enough, but for the size of the room it was okay and for the size of the bed I give a thumbs up because the single bed can accommodate 2 people

Happy stay here. Access to Sanur beach is close by, just walking, located in the middle, so if you want to go to North/South Bali it's not too far. Only the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved

hotel staff is responsive when needed, our request for a ground floor room was fulfilled and we even had direct access to the pool. Check in-check out was fast. Unfortunately the bed mattress was too soft for me who has HNP disorder and needs a hard mattress. So I couldn't sleep well for 2 nights. But overall, staying for 4 nights was really enjoyable and satisfying.

The room is quite spacious with a condition that is still well maintained and new. Around many places to eat and minimarkets. For those who bring vehicles, you must pay attention to the narrow parking area, accommodating (+/- 5%) of the room capacity. There is no elevator so for those who get the 2nd and 3rd floors it is quite inconvenient, especially on the stairs there is no path to pull suitcases.

There is no shampoo and soap. There is only bar soap but that is okay. There is no elevator. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are stained and dirty. Cold AC, hot water. Close to minimarket. Next door is a pharmacy. To ICON mall 3KM.
