Very nice getaway resort for travelers who likes natural scenery. Great rooms and facilities all brand new.

Clean and up-kept property. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Up kept osen and pool ( maybe we are lucky as it is the end of skiing season). Good varieties buffet choices. Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will keep coming back.

Lovely rooms. Great breakfasts. Very modern

Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities.

This place is gorgeous, the on site restaurants are amazing. I had a Hokkaido soft serve ice cream cone that will haunt me for the rest of my life ;) the staff were unbelievably responsive, and extremely friendly and patient with my six year old daughter. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We stayed off season the first two weeks of June and the place was empty - we had it to ourselves.

The experience was superb! The staff is super helpful. But I strongly recommend driving. The area is quite a bit far from the central.

Everything is good, I will go back next time

As a family, we travel A LOT and I can honestly say, this was possibly the best hotel stay we have ever had. The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect…even when it wasn’t.

This property is more than wonderful places.

Liked the interior design, layout and art installations. The whole complex felt very spacious and new. We also had a good view from our room, and the residence style facilities and supplies were all we could have expected and a little more. Staff were attentive and friendly, with very good English.

The staff at Park Hyatt - I can say with the utmost sincerity was the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Each staff member, across every department - starting from the super friendly concierge Zach we think his name was who spoke perfect English and Japanese assisted us and check in front desk staff to the restaurants to the ski valet facilities!! Everyone was amazing and the rooms were outstanding. You would not regret staying at this hotel. We aim to come back annually now!

Wonderful experience, staff, food and activities.

Loved every bit of our stay at Park Hyatt Niseko and already planning to return back for the winter. The staff was very hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and fulfilling as possible. The rooms were perfectly designed and made efficient use of the space. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Niseko!

内装や雰囲気など大変素晴らしく、お部屋も広く快適でした。サービス面ではチェックインの時間に部屋が準備されていない、外出後にベッドメイキングがされていない等ございましたが、スタッフの皆様の対応は好印象でした。 ゲレンデが直結なので次回は是非スキーをしに宿泊したいです。

施設が綺麗でよかった。子供が遊べるアクティビティ的なものがもう少し欲しかった。
