I would not consider staying anywhere else in Pune, MH India. This is one of my favorite hotels of anywhere I travel!

Everyone is very helpful & friendly

The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent .

Hotel is always good but breakfast is poor

Ritz Carlton Pune was excellent. The hotel, the room, and the ambiance was excellent. Service was great and the breakfast brunches were fabulous. The food quality is excellent compared to other hotels.

Great 5 star luxury hotel. Amazing service and. Breakfast buffet. Staff are attentive and pool is amazing. A nice safe sanctuary to escape from the hustle and bustle of Pune.

Great staff, food and very spacious rooms. A 5-star property that lives upto its billing.

Staff were absolutely perfect - helpful but not bothersome. Breakfast was the best I had in India. The room was clean with everything a first time traveler to India could want including a shaving kit and toothbrush. I will never stay anywhere else in Pune.

Fantastic staff, go out on a limb to make you feel welcome. Excellent ambiance, great value for the money.

My parents stayed here for a night and had an incredible time. The food in the club lounge was excellent and the service was absolutely best in class. The suite was very well appointed and the view of the golf course was an excellent cherry on top. 11/10 would recommend. My compliments to the GM.
