Glad just stayed one night. Won't go back to this hotel any more. Overprice for the quality provided. All pictures don't show the current situation. Booked for city view but got wall view.

The hotel is located in the center of the front beach; Staff is very enthusiastic, lovely; great support with; Breakfast is quite good; The room needs further upgrading (because it's too degraded); the pool is too small; gym equipment old, not good quality. Rating: 3 stars.

The staff of the two hotels are enthusiastic and friendly, but the facilities in Lullaby are better. The big minus point is that my room (1st floor) is small, the toilet is quite closed, the 4g network cannot be used. I don't agree that when I checked in, Lullaby said that I had moved my booking to another hotel in the chain because there were guests (Western) who wanted to stay for 1 more night and were having problems traveling. So I stayed 1 night in another hotel and came back to Lullaby 2 nights later

It is such a Very bad hotel I have ever had. They lied to their guests. When I checked in, staff informed that room has problems. As as a traveler, I don't care what was problem with their rooms, just wanted to stay in my room at the hotel that I booked and paid for. But it was the most worst thing that they moved us to another hotel. It is very very bad hotel with terrible room and service like a Motel, not Hotel! Even no blanket, only cover in room.

The room and toilet have a very unpleasant smell of damp.

Mình đặt phòng bên khách sạn nhưng không hề được báo trước là phòng đang sửa. Đồng thời bên khách sạn mình đã liên hệ 2 lần để hoàn tiền nhưng đều bảo liên hệ sau và không thấy liên lạc lại. Vừa mất tiền mà chất lượng dịch vụ quá kém. Không bao giờ đi lại

The room is clean and very nice.. but the only thing is to install a white light ☹️ But the room is full of yellow lights and it's a bit dark (the same goes for the WC).
