I had a quite unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. First, I booked a twin bed room with breakfast included, which clearly implies the reservation is for two people — two beds, two guests, two breakfasts. However, when I checked in, the hotel only provided one breakfast coupon. When I raised the issue with the staff, they told me I had only registered for one person. I still don’t understand how this mistake happened, but it was clearly their system’s fault, not mine. Very disappointing service and poor handling of guest complaints. Second, the elevator queue was a disappointment. The line was extremely long (need to wait at least 5-8 mins) Worse, guests (especially Chinese tourists without ethics) kept cutting the line, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to manage the situation. It made going up or down a very stressful and unpleasant experience. I would definitely not stay here again.

Superb location, just a second to Subway (don't use Google Maps recommendation to get here, find exit 18 in Hommachi Station and go directly to the hotel front lobby).

My 2nd time here. I choose this hotel because they have direct access to the train station in the building, also for the 24-hour konbini inside the building.

Everything was amazing! Having the direct entrance to the subway station probably makes it more convenient!

Hotel with friendly and good staff. Very location with station.

Hotel room is very small and cramp (not recommended for travellers with big luggage). It ' s located in a high SES area with lots of branded shops. Hence, not much night life or entertainment around. At least a 10-15mins walk to the shopping street. Otherwise, the only eatery are those shops along the subway exits. Onsen was great, did not try the breakfast. Relatively near to the subway station (around 7-9mins walk) but still quite a struggle when commuting with big luggage.

Nice twin beds room, good location, 1 min to subway exit and around 6 mins walk to the actual station. Can walk to Parco, very nice hi-society area, surrounding with local shops for example clothing stores for older ladies are in Semba 10.
