No wifi, no toiletries, No dispenser, Ac no cool. Electric always off. lucky this guy really good. Different another room all complete Facilities, this no really good. No more come to topaz A GF03. Next time I will book one day at the time make sure all facilities good

The cleanliness of the room was maintained again, there were lots of animals, it seemed like bed bugs, so my hands and feet were full of bumps, until finally I chose to sleep on the floor because there were so many bed bugs on the bed.

The room was okay, but the bathroom toilet was wobbly, the sink didn't drain, and the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, so the water would stagnate for quite a while when I took a shower. And there was no WIFI.

The downside here is that you don't get wifi and for the last check out can't be at 1 pm if it's after 12 pm you will be charged 30K/hour

On May 26, 2025 to May 29, 2025, I stayed at this place for 3 nights, I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the room, the staff were very good and friendly, the room price was also affordable, the room was clean and the parking lot was very spacious. The atmosphere is very nice, especially for families, and in the area around the hotel there are also many foods so it is very easy to find food. The point is, it's really TOP to stay here, and I am very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Bandung again. Awesome 😁👍

The lights are dim, the TV doesn't turn on, there's no wifi, the bathroom water is stagnant, there's no electric stove/kettle, once they give you a kettle, you have to use it when the AC is off, the towels are musty, and the receptionist is slow, they said they'd be in the lobby to check out, but it took 20 minutes to go down to the lobby. I don't think so again.

The apartment staff is wrong but accuses the customer. Even writing on social media. Don't stay here

The mattress needs to be replaced, my body aches. Cleanliness is lacking for this price.
