Location - A bit far from Shinjuku Station, a bit far from the downtown area.
Staff - Friendly. They don't bother with anything except checking in, checking out, and asking questions.
Room - Clean, good water pressure, very small, no space to unpack luggage. The bathroom is about the size of a camper van bathroom. Amenities are on the first floor.
Amenities - Not as diverse as in Korea, but the TV channels are not as wide. The bed is large. There's a window, but it's blocked by a wall. You can hear people talking and passing by in the hallway.
In short, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, I highly recommend this place.
