The hotel is near the airport so it's very convenient when flying, the hotel has a 100k airport shuttle service so it's ok, quick and convenient, the reception staff are enthusiastic and cute but the other staff on the floors are slow and have a strange attitude: I stayed there for 2 days and 2 nights, I only asked for towels for the second day because the towels on the first day were dirty, I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned so I just called to ask to bring towels up but waited forever for 1.5 hours so I took a shower and after I finished showering, the staff brought them up, another time I asked to turn on the TV because I couldn't turn it on but the staff came to the room without taking off their slippers but kept wearing slippers outside on the floor (I felt like it wasn't clean), my room was a Family triple room but it felt a bit small and cramped, the ceiling was too low so it was a bit stuffy, the soundproofing was bad because I could hear everything the rooms next door and above did. The floor I was on, the 2nd floor, when I passed by, there was a storage room for clean towels but I saw towels thrown everywhere The food was scattered all over and looked very dirty, so I think the hotel should retrain the staff. For the price of 1.2 million/night, the cleanliness is worthy of that price. The restaurant on the 8th floor is sloppy and dirty. The food looked clean at first glance, but when you look closely, it was unwashed and had black dirt all over it. In general, the food was poorly prepared and not clean. The attitude of the female staff in the kitchen was not very happy. I have a video of the food covered in dirt. For the price of the hotel, the unwashed food is very sloppy. Luckily, I noticed it. At first glance, it looked clean. The video and images are above.
