Super clean!!!

Staff was friendly The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is very clean and recently updated. The area is safe and quiet. Even though yards from the freeway, you can't hear the traffic in your room. The pillows are fluffy but will flatten when laid on. If you enjoy a firm one bring your own. My other issue would be the air conditioning. We checked in at 74 degrees and set it to 68. The room never got below 71 making it uncomfortable for hot sleepers, even with a fan. This may have something to do with the motion sensor system. The breakfast options were plentiful and the staff were great handling any requests. We often choose Tru if available in the area we are traveling to.

Poor Review Due to Staff Attitude Due to Shower Head Condition Due To Soap Smells. Poor Quality. Poor Scent Quality I stayed at another location in Amarillo, I loved it. Due to this experience, I will not stay at or recommend this Brand.

This place is great ...stayed a couple years ago and it still looks brand new... Staff is warm and friendly....next time im in the area .... i will stay here again

My husband and I stayed here as a quick over night stay before catching a plane the following day. It was comfortable but the room was a little smaller than anticipated. The breakfast was good for what was there and gave us a quick bite before catching a flight that morning.

Good overall. I like the vibe of the hotel. I wish more vegetarian items were offered on breakfast.

Rooms are small Could not control the air conditioner. It was either freezing or too hot. Set the thermostat at 72 and the room temp got to 85. Set it back to 68 and temp remained there.

Quiet

Except for the fact that it's a little too close to the freeway, and you can hear the traffic noise all night, the hotel is great! Affordable rates, excellent condition, and a lovely lobby area.

We had a very quick turn & burn trip and needed a hotel near Dallas to stay in on the way home. This one had superb ratings so we chose to stay here. We were not disappointed.
