The service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents to rest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to the long journey from Pekanbaru. When I wanted to check in, my parents asked for permission to check in before 1 p.m., and thank God, they were allowed. The bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved.

TV in the room is not working, customer complained but was told to go back and forth 3 times to the receptionist and in the end it was not resolved. The service is very unfriendly, the staff was busy playing games when the customer complained

Kamar kotor ada bekas pengaman pria tamu di suruh bersihin sendiri, bau, ac panas petugas tidak profesional. Sy pesan 2 malam 3 kamar tapi langsung check out ganti hotel.

The staff is really rude. The room is also big. The breakfast is also a bit different. They give you dencis fish with chili sauce for breakfast. There are no other choices. Not worth it for that price.
