The staff were all friendly, but the toilet was problematic. The water was clogged, the toilet was small, and it smelled really bad.

The hotel is strategic, directly across from Kiara Park... On the right and left of the hotel there are warteg and padang. The employees are friendly and quick to help when we ask for help. For breakfast, adjust it, because there was no chili sauce, the service immediately made it, great. Each floor has a dispenser that we can fill, there is a rooftop for us to gather. Oh yeah, the hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough, hopefully it can be fixed

Even though this is the second time staying here, but again given a damp room, up to 3 times moving rooms, and in the second room the condition of the mattress and pillows were full of animals and bedbugs until the skin was bumpy and red. In the third room the water did not feel hot.
Don't forget to improve the quality and service again.

A very memorable hotel for family and friends, plus very friendly service from the hotel staff and an attractive and beautiful atmosphere of the room and hotel. Maybe the input for this hotel is on the cleanliness of the bathroom, more precisely on the smell/aroma that still sticks to the nose. the room has water seepage marks. the bathroom SMELLS like a septic tank which makes my child nauseous even though when I checked in I requested a room on the upper floor but was given the ground floor, I saw that the upper one was still empty.
the condition of the room is also damp and a bit scary.
