Cheap, clean and comfortable... the facilities are really good. It's 5 minutes to Malioboro, a bit far if you walk but close if you use a motorbike.

The place is clean and comfortable, only at that time I had told the receptionist that I would be leaving early in the morning. Incidentally, I've been noted 4 times about this, but my car is still blocked, so I can't get out, even though I have an appointment. Hot water also doesn't work. For others all is well.

Kamar rapi, bersih, lengkap ada handuk dan hairdryer. Sayangnya kamar mandi agak bau tapi masih bisa ditoleransi. Ada TV ada teko elektrik juga. Worth it banget sumpah.

An affordable hotel from the Tugu and Malioboro stations. A good hotel has a coffee cafe underneath. It's just not comfortable when you enter the room because there is a bad smell either from the bathroom drain or from where. Hopefully it can be fixed to make it more comfortable to stay here.
