The staff was very helpful, the AC was already turned on before we arrived.

The apartment is suitable for families because it has two queen-size beds, two bathrooms, a sofa, a refrigerator, a dining table, a stove, and cutlery. Thank you, Mr. Faldi, for his help during our stay. Thank you.

The sofa bed was a bit dirty and no trash bags were provided.

Uncomfortable, dirty bathroom glass and walls, loose and wobbly toilet seat, broken AC remote, unusable wardrobe because the door is broken and there is no hanger, broken kitchen shelf and so on.

I canceled my stay after checking in. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, was dusty, and had cobwebs. The bad thing about renting this apartment is that there is no option to change rooms. Not recommended.

The service is good. It's just that the deposit took a long time to return it.

Kondisi kamar kotor parah sekali, seprei kotor, lecek & ada rambutnya, kondisi kasur tipis sekali sampai terasa per nya, banyak sarang laba-laba, lampu ada yang mati, cat tembok banyak yang sudah rusak, lemari rusak.

Did not return my deposit money, when ask they say will return the deposit within 2 to 7 days. More than 7 days already, still haven return my deposit money. Will not recommend to others or friend.

The apartment is just B. There should be 4 towels instead of 2 because the capacity is 4 people. The broom is really bad, complete eating and cooking utensils but no rice cooker, only the view is cool especially for watching fireworks. Thanks Apatel

The apartment is luxurious, the waiter is okay, just waiting for the 300 deposit to be returned, how long does it take for wifi, Indomart and family mart, maximum car parking is 50,000 24 hours swimming pool 1 card, 1 adult, but 2 bedrooms, you can borrow a card, a maximum of 2 cards because 2 bedrooms deposit an ID card. Hope the info helps.

The facilities are okay, but complicated, parking is expensive, the deposit returns for days.

Definitely recommended! I believe this is the best value 2 bed room apartment in PIK Goldcoast (I get it when promo)! It has 2 bedrooms, each with own bathroom + a sofa bed + kitchen set. The room has an outstanding swimming pool view. Check in and check out process is super easy. The only minus downside is the limited access to pool (max 3 people in one go) by building management.

Nice accommodations. Check-in had to wait an hour. But overall worth it.

Saya sudah beberapa kali ke apartemen ini dan memang mewah serta bagus cocok untuk stycation hanya saja di unit sini kebersihan kurang banget lantai kamar mandi kuning dan banyak rambut, sprei dan bed cover kotor. Terus ada baju bekas penginap sebelumnya ketinggalan di kamar mandi, meja makan dilap pake tisu basah sangat hitam, lantai juga hanya disapu engga dipel, dalam hal kebersihan big no saya curiga ga dibersihkan malahan, untuk staff susah diajak komunikasi, saya ngemper untuk menunggu kunci diserahkan dan lumayan lama. Ini fasilitas bintang 5 tp pelayanan hotel melati:(. Semoga bsa diperbaiki sayang sekali lo.

Good and exclusive apartment facilities do not enter carelessly. Swimming pool access is also restricted so it's safer during the pandemic. The sheets and towels are dirty, sleeping is not comfortable like it's never been cleaned and the sheets are also rich with stains. Overall for a good apartment but the cleanliness unit is lacking.

The view is good from this unit. But unfortunately the towels provided are not clean, there are lots of spots on the bed linen, there are no trash cans, there are no gallons of mineral water available (even though we were previously informed that gallons of mineral water are available). Access to the swimming pool area can only be 1 person because there is only 1 access card, so it's a shame we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool facilities (communication with the staff is very difficult to discuss this access card). So overall we are not satisfied with the service at this unit.

Not bad here, there are 2 rooms. The kitchen also has the contents of its furniture, only the water smells of earth. The deposit refund process is also fast, only 2 days from the date of CO.
