Cnnvenient and business friendly

Very convenient hotel next to the airport. Very well kept, comfortable rooms, pool and good convenience home made food served next door

Looks exactly like the pictures, communication could be better at times they don’t have the lobby open due to staffing issues relief and concierge service which is understandable but there’s food services amazing cuisine and friendly staff.everything is walking distance!

Even though they offer a professional service, I think it is too basic for a well-known brand. Food not included even breakfast, no fun in the place during my week-end stay.

The rooms here are lovely and well kept! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty bad... poor service and food that is reheated from a freezer to just about warm with watered down ketchup. Definitely need to go further afield for good food as the other local options also aren't great in the evenings. I also recommend that you get lots of water at the supermarket because they provide two water bottles which dont last very long.

The hotel is nice, clean, the pool area is really nice, the staff are great and it is affordable. It is on the airport runway but it’s surprisingly not that noisy. I did not have any issues with plane noise. But it is in an area with not much of interest. You can walk to Five Cays beach, distance isn’t bad, just along some busy roads and sidewalks are dodgy. They have a shuttle to Grace bay daily. For the price it’s worth it. Uber would make it a great deal.

Hotels very expensive in Providenciales and the value for money is non existent. They are overpriced for what you get. Luckily the door men in the airport called the hotel for them to send me a pick up I did not eat here just overnight

The property was very cleaned slso the room and the services were very nice and i love the environment

no one to check us in late had to drive around the island with a taxi and had to book a $700 room because that was the only thing open!
