The shower water was murky and sandy. When we asked the receptionist, they said it was under maintenance, but there was no prior confirmation. Maintenance could have been done after the guest checked out. There was a timeframe between 12 and 2:00. My husband and children had already showered and then realized it, and I had to rinse again with mineral water. The water heater wasn't hot at all!

From 8 a.m. the water was completely gone, and by 10:18 a.m. the water was black and a few drops were coming out. No Wi-Fi was available in the room. Until we checked out, we couldn't shower or brush our teeth. 👎 I'm sorry, hun.

The hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced. There's a minimarket right in front of the hotel. There are toy ducks and boats on the small lake with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing and entertaining the kids.

everything is okay, just the swimming pool is quite far outside the hotel building. the cleanliness of the pool is okay... the mattress is okay, ordered 2 queen beds, big enough for 4 people, it's okay. only the towels are only 2. initially, you can only exchange wet towels but the room service gave you another one. the lobby is very spacious. the food is standard. the good thing is that the room has a balcony, it's just a shame that the door lock in my room didn't work. the room uses this air conditioner, it's really good... close to everywhere. the staff and security guards are friendly. check in and check out are very easy. will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms with natural views, close to tourist attractions in Lembang, are a suitable choice for staying.

It happened to be a New Year's Eve event with a big dance voucher prize, and until now there has been no realization from the hotel management...really disappointed

Overall, it was a pleasant stay here, very comfortable. I might stay again, especially if there's a promotion :D

First time staying here, it's quite good, the downside is there's no AC in the room, maybe because the location in Lembang is cold, but it's good that it's provided because it's really needed during the day/evening, overall it's good

The hotel staff is friendly, I asked to move to a room with a lake view and was moved the next day. Everyone was quick to respond when there were problems with the facilities, they reviewed and repaired them as soon as possible. The weather view is very good, not far from the dining area, there is an ATM and a minimarket in front of the hotel. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. I really enjoyed my vacation here. I hope the service continues to be maintained 🙏🏻

An affordable hotel with mountain views, a pool, duck boats, and a rooftop terrace for viewing the view. It's cool and doesn't have air conditioning. Recommended for a budget hotel.
