Nice place at the center of Bukit Bintang Street. But you can't sleep until 12 AM because of live music on the street, which you can hear all night. But this hotel is still worth it if you want to explore the KL area.

Best for both yourself and family

Strategic location, clean bathroom and room. A noisy band played until midnight. I didn't encounter any cockroaches. Unfortunately, the mattress made my body ache. The room was a bit cramped. The staff were a bit unfriendly.

The first time I came across a hotel with a lot of cockroaches in the rooms 🥴 This hotel can be blacklisted because of the cleanliness in the rooms.

leaking room, dirty room, yellow pillow sheets and sagging bed, broken water kettle, broken AC remote, dusty AC, and worst of all, lots of baby cockroaches

The location is very strategic, close to the MRT, Pavilion Mall, and popular Malaysian food. However, it can be a bit noisy at night.

Great service. Close to everything. Close to the station too. Centrally located. Easy to access. Yesterday, after checking out, I was allowed to leave my bag. Thank you so much.

The room has lots of cockroaches and smells bad.

The hotel is very close to KKV, also close to live street music venues.

The room was full of cockroaches and the AC was dirty. I've reported this several times, but no response. I brought a small child, and it's highly not recommended. When I arrived, my child already commented that the hotel was scary, dark, and smelly. Very disappointed.

The location is very strategic, near Alor Street, close to everything. However, the room is a bit small, making it difficult to pray. We stayed for 3 nights, but the room was never cleaned.

I chose this hotel because i knew that the location is in the center of Bukit Bintang. But as soon as i came to the lobby, it was so smelly and being under construction. They only have one elevator that looked old. The room was okay, but many things could have been better. I got no kettle in room (turned out that i should asked for it), tv didn’t work, and the sheets didn’t really clean. The bathroom was also really small and the exhaust fan didn’t work. It made the floor didn’t get dry all day. The bottom of the sink was so dirty. The water heater was working but didn’t get really hot. At night, you got a live music from the street until midnight. It wasn’t a soundproofed room, so you could hear it clearly. Thankfully I didn’t stay for too long so i still could endure the journey. But the staff was friendly and really helpful (even though you couldn’t order or deliver through the lobby-have to get the stuff by yourself).

A very strategically located hotel. The hotel is very clean and the price is affordable. It's highly recommended.
