like: friendly & courteous receptionists, breakfast was ok. dislike: often waited for long to be served breakfast & the service was poor in the dining area, moderately slippery bathroom floor, old Tv set with a broken remote control gadget

Very accommodating

my mum and i booked this property, we thought we had a wrong address since when we got to the gate, there was no security, we knocked for over 15 mins but someone at the reception eventually opened the gate. We went to the pool area and i forgot my h&m top, it disappeared, i reported to the manager when we were checking out, he called the lady at the pool and she said she never found it.. we were certain we left it there but we did not want to waste our time because we had a flight... despite informing him we had a missing item, he told us to call him incase we did not find it.. we asked for pork chops at the pool area, we did get pork but it was definitely not pork chops.. water at the pool was so salty... terrible experience.. do not leave your clothes anywhere

Sauber und geräumig. Es fehlte allerdings diverse Ausstattung: Keine AirCondition, kein Flat TV. Gebucht für 2 Personen- zweites Handtuch erst nach Stunden gebracht. Keine kleinen Handtücher, Bodentuch erst auf Nachfrage. Kaum Küchenausstattung, Mikrowelle/ Wasserkocher wurden erst spät am Abend gebracht. Die angepriesene Kochmöglichkeit fehlte (kein Gas), ebenso gab es keine Waschmaschine im Gebäude. Ignorantes Management- es wurde kaum Abhilfe geschaffen. Sehr niedriger Wasserdruck, dürftige Ausstattung, z.B. noch nicht einmal Trockenmöglichkeit für Handtuch. Da fragt man sich, ob Portale wie expedia/ ebookers so etwas mal kontrollieren. Bein check- in war die ebookers- Buchung nicht auffindbar.
