The check in was smooth friendly reception Room was just ok but very dated and shower and was falling apart , mouldy , bed linens had bed sheets pillows were stained and worn out. Whole hotel needs to be updated. Room was noisy up kids screaming in the pool and night club party. Just a 1 night stay to catch out early flight at Palermo airport was convient. 10 mins from the airport

The property was nice the only thing ia my yoilet kept running water all night so the sound was loud kinda didn't like also the checkout was way too early 10am they wanted us out asked if i could check out 1 more hour late but didn't want to other than that it was alright

Location is convenient for airport proximity if you have an early flight. The rooms are in excellent clean condition! One disappointment is that the pool is only available July August. Otherwise it's reserved for a swim school. We didn't find that out till after booking confirmation. Pizza restaurant onsite has excellent pizza, good wine selection. The restaurant is simple but it's clean. Road leading to the hotel is very rural, so be cautious if walking to town( 10min walk). The ladies at the front desk were helpful to refer to an airport transfer service, if you need. We walked through the town a little and the people are very relaxed and helpful, with our beginner Italian

An airport hotel should not have a reception that closes at 8:30. There was no breakfast. The staff at the pool were very rude and told me it was closed to the public. The restaurant on site was not affiliated with the hotel and that was the only good part of the stay. Luckily I love lizards because they were abundant in our dorm style room. No effort was made to make the rooms feel welcome or have a cohesive design. I recomend staying elsewhere and don’t book for the pool!!!

Property was not available for late checkin and we had to find replacement in middle of the night.

we are very disapointed with our stay. It was not worth the money. the room wasn't particularly clean, especially floors. there were lots of little ants everywhere. I had to ask for a spray to get rid of them. which I got from the manager very quickly. the "kitchen" area was in a cupboard. very old and looked dirty, we couldn't use it because there were no plate, cutlery or anything to cook. not that we wanted to use it by the state of it anyway. The fridge door barely closed, and lots of water in the fridge so we didn't want use it either for our food. we couldn't use the pool at 6pm when we arrived, because it was closed. it was opened the following morning, but not only to hotel guests, to anyone. and it was busy, so didn't get to use and enjoy it... the walls are paper thin, so you hear your neighbours. we were awake at 6am by some of them. really not a place I recommend, and where I would want to stay again.

I was the only guest in a $56 room that was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Concrete (cold) and the shower, sink only had HOT water. For a culture that invented plumbing and sanitation they've been going backwards but for the price it was fine. Restaurant was OK but with strange hours, but there are lots of options nearby. The noise from the swimming programs - loud energetic exercise music - and the compressors at night - may disturb light sleepers but for that matter it is under an airport and near a highway.

I had to book this place very last minute because of a traveling snafu that happened in Palermo. I originally selected this hotel because the listing claimed it was 2.something miles/km from the Palermo airport. Come to find out, it is actually between 6 or 7 so be aware of that. The staff were nice and helpful and I believe they spoke enough English for a party who doesn’t speak any Italian to navigate a stay there. (I did my best to communicate in Italian and filled in the blanks with English.) They had a restaurant and pool on site. Food was decent and stayed open pretty late which was helpful. The room was very basic, but clean. The air conditioning was traditionally Italian meaning it wasn’t very strong so be prepared for that. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable but worked for our one night stay. The room came with a little kitchenette which was helpful. The soap/shampoo weren’t the greatest quality but I was grateful to have them there as I needed them. The staff were also helpful in that they scheduled a taxi for us and the driver was the nicest driver we had for the entire trip.

Very convenient. Short drive from the airport, easy parking, self check-in, good communication with staff prior check in. A lot of condensation in the room. Noise from outside vent systems all night long. Sunken mattress/bed. Pillows dressed in wrong size pillow cases (too small) exposing/not covering the pillows themselves.

Lovely place in the village of Carini. Nice, big, clean swimming pool. People at the reception very helpful and went out of their way to help us get around and make our stay comfortable.There’s a restaurant right next to the hotel called i cumpari, best pizza and seafood pasta I’ve ever had!! I will definitely return during warmer months and stay at Piano Monaco!

Hôtel de petite taille, avec moins d’une dizaine de chambres, donnant l’impression de constructions préfabriquées. La chambre était très humide, avec des murs abîmés et une douche présentant des traces de moisissures. L’insonorisation est quasi inexistante : les murs sont si fins qu’on entendait même les ronflements de la chambre voisine. La piscine extérieure, les transats sont facturés 25 € pour deux, même pour les clients de l’hôtel. Cela paraît excessif, d’autant plus que la qualité des prestations n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous.

Da raccomandare per un paio di notti ottima pulizia eccetto per il cucinino e il bagno sembrava fosse stato montato da un parente che crede di saper far tutto senza riuscirci davvero. Per il resto è ok raccomando

Isolation de la chambre très mauvaise, désagréable impression d’être dans la même chambre que les voisins plutôt bruyants jusqu’à une heure tardive ! Restaurant sur place mais complet à notre arrivée et rien autour pour se restaurer sans moyen de locomotion. Système de taxi possible pour l'aéroport mais onéreux.
