Wow! Spa is fantastic especially steam. Cleaning agents supplied upon request and all cleaing staff were so humble and work extra length to take corrective actions.

I like the quietness of the property, workable to every shopping malls, coffee shops, night life etc, the property is along the main airport street with easy to access in and out, looking forward to stay again at Momona hotel in my next vacation to Addis Ababa

Roomy and walkable for all of our needs.

The towels are old and some have holes . Paint is peeling from shower ceiling. Water does not drain properly. House keeping managers gaves us a hard time about a towel having lipsticks on it which was already there when we received it. Furniture thought out the entire hotel need to be updated.

Disappointed considering the high price. The bathrooms need attention as the shower cubicles appear as they’ve never been cleaned, I had to wear flip flops when showering as. The cubicle doors did not close, so water was always on the floor, the fixture/fittings were not maintained and missing. The bedroom floor had to cleaned as had not been. The restaurant tried to overcharge and then rather than provide a new bill thought it easier they asked for the bill to be paid.

Short day stay hence choose this hotel - good value for money

Check in was good and the room was nice. The restaurant service was very slow. There was no internet connect for the majority of my stay and the water in the shower was not hot enough , dispute numerous complaints there was no improvement. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable

Very helpful staff and excellent location. The hotel is a bit run down though and in need of maintenance. Below average cleanness particularly the towels and linen.

Pros: good hot water, tea and kettle maker, nice balcony, good gym, great location, pretty quiet, friendly staff, plenty of power outlets, great view from the roof, rooms nicely decorated Cons: fridge was broken, staff couldn't locate my reservation upon checkin (took them 20 minutes), staff were not at the airport as scheduled to pick me up, and the great selection of food at the breakfast was useless since the food meant to be cold was warm, and the food meant to be hot was room temperature. Had to stick to fruit and bread only. Considering that Ethiopia is so poor, this is a nice three-star accommodation, and I can forgive the problems. Would stay again

The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was very good. It seemed a bit odd that the dining room was empty for lunch and supper, and that it was the custom to eat in your room. It made the hotel lack vibrancy. Not sure why it was so empty.

Very slow Check in process, Rooms are not clean, showers wont work properly in few rooms, Wifi dont work in back side of hotel rooms. horrible breakfast. It says 4 star even it is not worth for 1 star. very slow response for service request. Better to stay in International chain hotels. i dont recommend this hotel.

It is one of the best hotels in Addis Ababa, very good price for the service they provide I would recommend for everyone who want services at its best with low price in relation to the surrounding international hotels

As far as Addis boutique type hotels go, this one is average. The price is right when discounted and the amenities such as fitness room, rooftop pool, and sauna are really nice additions. My experience with the staff and management was not the best. Staff were effusively attentive sometimes, which was off-putting. One of the managers was inexplicably suspicious of me when I checked in. I had booked in advance through Expedia. When I arrived the front desk had trouble finding my reservation so I had to show him my confirmation email. As soon as I got to my room I got a call from the manager letting me know there was a problem with my booking. I went back downstairs and waited for the manager who looked at my email confirmation again. I'm not sure what the problem was, but I'm certain I didn't need to have a personal meeting to resolve the issue. Next time I hope they look at their records before.
