This hotel exceeded all of our expectations — from the thoughtfully designed property to the exceptional staff, attentive service, and outstanding dining. It is the perfect serene escape from busy city life, offering a true reset. Property & Amenities: The property is stunning, blending modern conveniences with charming historical details. Everything is impeccably maintained. The spa facilities are excellent, featuring a dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and an indoor heated pool that are cared for throughout the day. Rooms are spacious, peaceful, and designed with privacy in mind — you barely notice other guests. They are spotless, refreshed daily, and turned down in the evening, which made our stay even more comfortable. Dining: Breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a generous selection of cheeses, yogurts, fruit, and baked goods alongside a made-to-order hot menu. Dinner was equally impressive — every dish we tried was delicious. Seafood lovers should plan ahead and reserve dinner early, as the catch of the day can sell out quickly. One note for future guests: there are bees around the pool and outdoor dining area. It didn’t bother us, but those who are uneasy around bees may want to keep this in mind. Overall it is a beautifully maintained property, exceptional dining, and warm hospitality make this hotel a truly special destination. We can’t wait to return

Beautiful property with minimalistic, zen decor and gorgeous views rain or shine and from anywhere on the property. Super quiet, comfortable, peaceful, and plenty of privacy.

Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious for a relaxed time. Staff are very nice & helpful. Just keep in mind that it’s in the middle of the forest, you’ll have alotta cockroaches in all sizes and one night there was a huge spider came in the casita was a bit scary.

Best of everything. Every detail of this hotel is close to perfection. Services are great and every single person we have met here is extra friendly. The surroundings are worth exploring too.

Reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars, I must honestly say the service is not up to my standard. Everything else is amazing. Staff/service: staff are all friendly and nice, but as someone who paid $1,000 euros for one night, my expectation is high. My main issue with them is the villa we stayed at, the first night after our long journey from Palma, we did not have hot water. I called front desk, someone came, couldn’t fix it. He was apologetic and nice, so no issue. Next morning, I dropped by the front desk and brought up the issue. They didn’t think it’s a big deal, and said they are working on the issue. The guy I spoke to, did not apologize or make any offer to make me feel better. Another lady heard our conversation and stepped in, also didn’t apologize, just shrugged and looked at me like “what do you want me to do?” I mean, saying sorry would be a good start. I am from Canada, and worked in the hotel industry before. I am not sure maybe it’s the cultural differences. In North America, apology and offering solution to the upset guest is definitely required. From all the interactions I had with the staff, servers, bell boy, front desk, everyone is nice, but the things they do or say definitely have more room for improvement as a 5-star establishment.

Everything was amazing from the location, the hotel as to the amazing employees. The only down side is the lack of personnel in the restaurant, the menu staying the same every day. And the dishes were good but not up to par to an hotel of that level. The second day, for diner we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the glasses of wine we ordered and the bread and olive oil. And the rest of the meal on top of the wait the dishes arrived mostly cold because of the lack of waiters. The scenery and the people though are spectacular.

Absolutely amazing serene grounds and service. Breakfast was delicious and made to order along side buffet of fruits, breads and cheeses. Yoga and meditation was amazing - must book in advance of your stay as it fills up. Rent a car and enjoy the town of Arta and close by beaches. You will not regret your stay here.
