We stayed here for our wedding night, and the staff kindly arranged a lovely room decoration for an additional cost, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathtub wasn’t functioning and the sink was initially clogged, the staff responded immediately and handled everything with great care and professionalism. They were very cooperative and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was decent, and while we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the facilities since we were quite busy, the overall experience was pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back, the staff were incredibly friendly the breakfast buffet had wide variety of delicious options , highly recommended

Bed has big spots looks human sperm, floor carpet is very dirty sofa set it was very dirty. I took bunch of pictures share with Managment, but they never cooperate with me.

The property and staff re great. The structure of the building is little off beat and not standard like any other hotels in the world. Finding your room is a task…good luck with that :). Rest is all fine

From check in to checkout it was a nightmarish experience. The only good thing about the hotel was the property build and the night manager Zeeshan. Checked in at 2:30am, waited 1 hour for them to switch rooms as the room had a lot of problems, second rooms television wasn’t working so waited another 30 mins to be upgraded to a third room (kind of them) and finally the 3 rooms jacuzzi wasn’t working and the showers has acidic smell. - broken wardrobe - tv not working - acidic smell from shower - faulty and leaking jacuzzi - staff only looking to make tips with a rough and rude attitude - hawkers as valet. - no hospitality whatsoever - over cooked and nasty food The list can go on and on. I feel sad for the owner who has dished our millions to build such a beautiful property only for the staff to destroy its image. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

It is very clean. The staff very professional, helpful and courteous. The location is excellent, near the airport, and there is a shopping area about 2KM that has two supermarkets, McD's and KFC. Breakfast had many options, including Pakistani breakfast. The swimming pool was good. Worth staying in as a base to explore Lahore.

The entire lobby and first floor had mosquitoes. They will suck blood which is not fun. They sprayed it kill them in the morning. The bugs didn’t die but I got the allergic reaction.

Overall property was pretty good, and I enjoyed my stay.

Broken lights in bathroom mirror. Then their safety deposit box stopped working with my valuables inside. Had to call someone from the security who then applied master key for opening it. Have stayed here a few times and every time is worse than previous one.

We had visited from USA and stayed in this hotel for 5 Nights. However it seems they are overly focused on making money. They even charged for printing a single piece of paper—seriously? Initially, we were given a terrible room where we found a cockroach. Although they eventually changed the room, the front desk representative, Roman, was completely unprofessional and lacked basic respect for guests. We requested him to pass on a message to the morning shift staff, but he blatantly ignored it. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Everything was great, they sent free shuttle for us at the airport.

It is a pleasant place to stay, close to the airport, but the client etiquette is lacking. They will rule in favor of the company over the client even if it amounts to saving pennies giving little concern for the client EVEN WHEN THEY RECOGNIZED THEY WERE IN THE WRONG! Mediocre customer service, BEWARE!
