The hotel was clean and tidy. We were lucky to meet the owner Shamsudin who was a very nice person to deal with. Very friendly and helpful.

Check in was horrible. Doors locked, no one there to let us in. Had to ask someone around the corner who I guess ended up being a worker and let us in. So not professional

Very comfy hotel with plenty of on-site parking. The beds at this hotel were the most comfortable of our three week trip, they have a delightful dense springiness and are well made with comfortable linens and pillows. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we loved how sturdy and safe the bunk beds felt. The location was great for us, we visited some of the local castles and did some hiking, as well as went into town for simple dinner. We arrived after hours, the staff was super fast and helpful to get us in.

Business trip. Approx 8 nights overall. Nice hotel. Its a little bit of a walk from the city center but its also very affordably priced to make it worth it. The service was friendly. Breakfast and dinner was actually very good. They do have some outside seating. The hotel is fairly new. I would recommend it.

Der Kühlschrank neben dem Bett schaltete alle 15 Minuten lautstark einen Ventilator zu. Am Morgen sind Ameisen über die Bettdecke gelaufen.

Für den Zweck ok, allerdings ist das Frühstück für 15€ sehr teuer und sogar Parken kostet zusätzliche 8€. Etwas abzocke, dafür dass ausreichend Parkplätze im Industriegebiet verfügbar sind.

Zimmer sind sehr laut. Die Lüftung überträgt auch in ausgeschaltetem Zustand viel lärm. Wenn der Abzug im Bad nicht läuft, dann kommt Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer. Wlan hat nicht funktioniert

Die Übernachtung wurde mir doppelt abgebucht. 2x Frühstück verrechnet obwohl es im Zimmerpfeis inkludiert war. Zimmer sind sehr kalt. Beim duschen muss man die Fliesen trockenwischen, weil die Dusche undicht ist. Wegen meiner Gutschrift meldet sich das Hotel nicht.

War ein super Aufenthalt dort.

Petit déjeuné excessivement cher au vu du buffet. Parking payant a 8€ a même la rue sans barrière où autres, c'est abusé. Sinon personnel agréable et chambre très correcte.

I was traveling from my hometown in the Netherlands to my holiday destination in Italy. As we (me and my wife) were traveling with 3 kids (ages 6, 5 and 1) we decided to book a family room in the In Laisen Hotel so we could split the journey in two days. The guy behind the desk, who was the son of the owner, was friendly but reserved. The rooms were clean and exactly what you’d expect from a hotel. One double bed, one bunk bed and one pull out chair. These beds were neatly made when we arrived. Good experience, would recommend!
