Great staff and bar. Within walking distance to Old Market.

Great decor and staff!

They have an outstanding bar manager I think he name was El something. The room itself was average but not clean. The food is average. The valet was an issue with the employee having clear BO issues and smelled also like he'd smoked up weed ALOT before hand. The smell of his BO is still lingering in my car

While we have stayed here before when they first opened. We won’t be coming back. Unfortunately this isn’t the same feel as when it first opened. Such a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the staff has gone to a different standard.When we informed the staff during check out that our bathroom/shower was covered in bugs ( I can’t confirm but what we may believe was fleas) We were left with thanks for letting us know. We left it at that and went on our way. The mural is beautiful, the hotel has a classic vibe but has lost that charm from the staff you would expect from this type of stay. The stiff beds, bugs, and the helpless staff were a turn off.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Request for extra bedding was tended to and much appreciated!

Clean rooms

The room was okay. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had a broken door handle. The bedroom left side lamp was barely hanging on broken. The room didn’t smell great.

My wife and I were decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Omaha since it was near our daughter's college. We picked The Peregrine Hotel because it looked very elegant with a decent price. During the booking, I left a message letting them know it was our anniversary. We left messages before to other hotels but nothing ever happened, so I wasn't really expecting anything out of it. We were very surprised to find an amazing gift from the hotel management in our room upon check-in. During our stay they reached out several times making sure everything was good. Housekeeping was amazing, never heard a single noise made by them, we left our room around noon everyday and always came back to a spotless room. Parking is kinda rough to find, but not impossible, like any other downtown area, they do offer Valet parking for a fee.

really nice room and the bathroom and shower were spacious and well done. nice lobby area. bar area could us dimmer lights and some music. too bright and too quiet.

Clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff

Loved the hotel and our room! Our only disappointment was the restaurant. The table area was a mess, the service was slow, the items we ordered didn’t match the description on the menu, and it was overpriced. We would love to stay at the Peregrine again but we will find other places to eat.

The room was dusty and the cleaning stuffs were left in the room ,I called to the front desk to ask for towels and bathrobes and she said ,they didn’t have it and few minutes later ,the cleaning lady brings them.Would not recommend.
